Benyamin Dean was founded in 2017 by Ronald van Tilburg and Ad van der Sluijs on their conviction that has only grown stronger: companies should deliver performance and simultaneously contribute to people and planet.

Back then, our vision was widely seen as “soft capital”, as naieve. As a non revolving way of funding instead of investing. Early conversations were sceptical. Prospects flatout cynical.

Today, the world has caught up. New generations of talent, customers, and decision makers expect considerate, sustainable behaviour from companies. Not as a nice to have, but as a baseline.

Benyamin Dean exists to help build that reality. Not by talking about it, but by engaging, by risk taking and building exactly those companies.
